1. Refund Eligibility Period

For digital goods or ebooks, refund claims must be made within 24 hours of purchase. For physical products, issues must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

2. Eligible Items

Refunds apply if a file does not download, the wrong product is delivered, or service activation fails after successful payment.

3. Non-eligible Items

Successfully downloaded ebooks or already utilized membership access are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days through the original payment method.
